Yesmail Direct strictly prohibits the sending of spam. All mailing lists and e-mail messages that get sent through Yesmail Direct are required to be compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act and all other laws and regulations. Any Direct user account that fails to abide CAN-SPAM requirements will be immediately terminated.

Yesmail Direct manages strong relationships with all major and mid-tier ISPs. Whenever a user clicks the "spam" button on a message from your mailing program, Yesmail automatically receives a notification and that user is removed from all future mailings.
