She leads the execution and message production for SunTrust Bank while providing production support for several other clients. Matthew received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Indiana University and studied Art/Graphic Design at The Pacific Northwest College of Art and the Oregon College of Art & Craft. Matthew was formerly the Creative Director for ThrustMaster, Labtech, Logitech and @Once.

My favorite experience about Yesmail is also the reason I love working here. When I was a client, the thing that always impressed me most was the amazing level of client service and teamwork. Alicia Cruz joined Yesmail as a Senior Account Manager at the Chicago office in June 2012. Alicia has five years of experience in direct marketing in both the B2B and B2C spaces, with a special passion for lifecycle marketing. Chief Technology Officer, Enterprise Solutions
As the Chief Technology
Officer for Enterprise Solutions, Purandar Das is responsible for the
development and implementation of Infogroup’s marketing technology, solution
innovation strategy and its roadmap for technology architecture. In this
capacity he collaborates with Infogroup’s product teams to design and develop
technologies that enhance the company’s high-value data and data as a service
offerings.
Mr. Das brings with him a deep expertise in
crafting innovative technology solutions aligned with the business goals of
enterprise level clients. He has extensive experience creating solutions for
Big Data— making them actionable in multichannel marketing environments. He
brings this talent to Infogroup, driving the innovative technological
development and infrastructure of the company.
Prior to Infogroup, Mr. Das was Chief Technology
Officer at MobileMessenger, where he was responsible for architecting
technology solutions to align with the company’s business goals. Previous to
MobileMessenger, he was Chief Technology Officer of Epsilon Digital Solutions
after his work as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Database Services at
Epsilon.
Purandar has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M
University and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore

Prior to Yesmail Interactive, Michael was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for The America at Alterian. There he brought together industry visionaries to define and create a new service model focused on opening a two-way dialogue with customers through multichannel engagement. The result of these efforts, the advent of the Customer Engagement Agency, aimed to provide marketers with a 360 degree view into consumer behavior by integrating data, and the necessary skills such as analytics, strategy, creative and technology thus allowing marketers to create individualized dialogs that break down the silo barriers that exist in today’s traditional service delivery organizations.
Before joining Alterian, Michael served as Vice President and General Manager of the financial services group at Epsilon, a leading relationship marketing company. Prior to his tenure at Epsilon, Michael was Senior Vice President of Sales at DoubleClick (formerly Protagona Worldwide) for their Marketing Automation software solutions. Additionally, Michael was instrumental in developing what was known as DoubleClick's Ensemble suite for the banking and insurance industries, and is currently part of the Teradata Relationship Management suite of tools. Rounding out his experience, Michael held various sales and consultancy positions at Unisys Corporation, a leading global technology and services company.
Michael holds a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and BS in Communication from Illinois State University.

Melissa Goss is a newcomer on the Marketing team. Prior to Yesmail, she worked in paid search advertising at ModCloth, an online retailer that sells vintage and retro fashion. Melissa graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Communication Studies, a minor in Business and a certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications.

Chief Data Officer, Infogroup
Matt Graves is Infogroup’s Chief
Data Officer. He oversees all data assets of the company including data
operations, data platform, and the expanding capabilities around the Infogroup
Data Axle ™, which connects information hubs across proprietary and third party
data sources.
Mr. Graves has been with Infogroup
for over 5 years in senior roles within Infogroup Data, Corporate Strategy,
Sales and Sales Operations. He was instrumental in streamlining and
establishing the quality and accuracy of Infogroup’s data verification process.
Before joining Infogroup, he worked
at PayPal in various leadership positions where he was responsible for ensuring
prioritization and delivery of ROI for all global operations projects. He led
the global expansion organization focused on setting up operations centers in
emerging markets. He also managed international product support teams with
operations in Shanghai, Philippines, Dublin, and Vancouver.
Prior to PayPal, he worked as a
management consultant and program manager for Ebay Inc., Comcast and Fujitsu to
implement global projects and operation centers worldwide.
Mr. Graves holds a bachelors degree
in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from Regis
University.

Yesmail provides a challenging and supportive environment. In my short time here, everyone has been extremely helpful and there have been plenty of opportunities to learn and grow from each other.
Yazmin is currently a Marketing Associate within Customer Insights, a group geared towards providing clients with data based insights that drive strategy. Prior to joining Yesmail, she worked as a consultant with RR Donnelley in their direct mail division where she gained valuable experience in critically assessing client objectives in order to deliver viable marketing solutions. Yazmin has a B.A. in Statistics and a certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.

My favorite Yesmail experience would have to be the 3 months when I was the only Web Production resource. Sure, I had to work 60+ hours a week to keep up with all of the client work but, It gave me the opportunity to meet and work with every Account Manager in the company. It also allowed me to gain more knowledge of the Enterprise platform.
Kevin started with Yesmail in August of '03 as a Web Production Developer under Patrice Miller. He quickly moved into a role as the manager of the Web Prod department where I stayed for 2 years. Shortly after the @Once merger, he stepped into a CSE/Senior CSE role where I have been for going on 6 years. His Midwestern work ethic combined with my ""can do"" attitude has made him a ""fan favorite"" among AMs and Lead CSEs.

Patrick got his start in traditional media with a regional retailer. During his tenure, his job evolved to include web and email marketing while the company evolved into Macy’s. After Macy’s he focused on email marketing, working first for an automotive conglomerate before taking a position with Yesmail.

Designer
For someone who loves to swing for the fence, starting a major project is always exhilarating. Getting to start one within days of being hired is a big hit or miss opportunity but it turned out to be a tremendous learning experience that I would have been hard pressed to find elsewhere. I love that Yesmail is a place where you can reach outside your depth and really see what you can accomplish.
Placing a definition around art is always a subject of debate, but Gregg likes to think that we can all agree that whatever we see art in (be it a painting, in design, or even an athletic activity) there is always something special that distiguishes it. That “something special” has no formula, but trying to find it in design and in fencing has been the direction the last several years of Gregg's life has followed. He has no problem imagining that his interests will continue on in that direction for many more years.

One of my favorite Yesmail Experiences was in Istanbul kicking off the Coca-Cola global CRM program. We got to meet global marketers from Coke in every region of the world, and our team really came to together to deliver.

Mr. Michael L. Iaccarino is Chairman and CEO of Infogroup, a leading provider of targeted high-value sales and marketing data, customer and market intelligence and innovative digital engagement solutions and the parent company of Yesmail Interactive. In 2011, he assumed the role of Chairman after becoming an Executive Advisor and Operating Executive at CCMP Capital.
Mr. Iaccarino served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was Chief Executive Officer of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009,Mr Iaccarino pioneered the integration of data driven email marketing by purchasing and integrating two leading email service providers in Doubleclick and Bigfoot Interactive as part of the transformational strategy he executed while at epsilon which continues to be one of the United States’ leading database marketing companies. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership.
Mr. Iaccarino also served as Epsilon’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2001, playing a crucial role in the spin-out of Epsilon from American Express and where he led a nearly 400% increase in revenues during his tenure. from the development of its features to server operations and performance.

regardless of proprietary or third party data source, can be leveraged into
applications. By
utilizing the Data AxleTM, clients of Infogroup can manage their
assets more effectively, tying together the right variety of data elements at

Prior
to joining Infogroup, Mr. Kothari was one of the original founders of GoTime
Corporation where he served as the Chief Technology Officer. In this capacity,
he was the lead architect and developer of the GoTime Content Platform where he
built a number of systems including: a distributed crawling system, versioning
system, CMS, call center, data pipeline and data processing. In addition to
this, he drove cloud migration, Chef migration, and storage and server
management for all GoTime websites. Since Infogroup’s acquisition of GoTime in
2012, he has played a major role in driving the integration of this leading
edge technology into the Data Axle™ and across the business.
Prior to
co-founding GoTime, he worked as an associate and consultant for J.P. Morgan in
Identity and Access Management and for Ernst & Young for their Security and
Technology Solutions.

calls on his 25 years of marketing, leadership and management experience to

Ed was with Aprimo as Director of Multichannel Campaign Management Practice and
Director of the Centers of Marketing Excellence. He also held
Professional Service leadership positions at DoubleClick, Protagona and
Allstate Insurance Company.

Developing close client relationships and being such an integral part of their success, provides continual excitement for me.
Jordan has been with Yesmail since November 2004, responsible for establishing and developing Yesmail’s client relationships, including negotiating contract terms, and on-going client retention. As one of the first Yesmail employees in the New York office, Jordan has played a key role in building out the Yesmail East Coast footprint, which now boasts over 40 employees. Originally starting in an Account Management role, Jordan has held various Business Development roles and is now the Vice President of Sales, managing the Eastern region. Jordan attended Indiana University.

I like working at Yesmail because we are an incredibly unique and diverse family. And even though our ‘family members’ are located in offices around the globe, I never stop feeling as if they are all always there at anytime, ready to help, motivate and inspire me. Oh and let's not forget “Do the wiggle man, I do the wiggle man”.
Amy is a spunky 41 year old with a bucket list that includes “visiting Germany, Scotland & Czechoslovakia to trace her family history”, “going to a Super Bowl (ideally when the Steelers are playing in it)” and “meeting Prince” at the top of it. Her favorite animal is a horse, favorite color is blue, favorite movie is a tie between Goodfellas and Willie Wonka and The Chocolate Factory, and she still holds a swimming record in Indiana from when she was 6 years old for the 25 meter Breaststroke. Even though her professional background includes being a Real Estate Broker, she has reinvented herself and is thrilled to be working at Yesmail with the very fun Atlanta group.

Vikas works at Yesmail as Team Lead in Client Services Engineering group in Atlanta office since Oct 2009. His work is in the New Solutions team where we launch new clients on Yesmail Enterprise application. His day to day deals with capturing business and technical requirements to execute and launch the client on Yesmail Enterprise application. Julie Anne Reda, is a seasoned product management executive and is responsible to drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap and launch of Yesmail products. Julie Anne, along with her team manages product development and ensures products exceed market demands for innovative solutions that fit the changing landscape of digital marketing. Julie Anne has enabled large organizations such as Walt Disney Company, Fox Broadcasting, Sony Pictures, Ticketmaster and CitySearch.com to evolve their products to tailor toward the marketplace.

In 1999 Travis entered the design field and has been with Yesmail since 2007. Through the majority of his tenure, he's been the primary designer for HP's Consumer Direct Store.
Travis has earned art and design degrees from University of Arkansas, Pacific Northwest College of Art, and Portland State. Though he's been in Portland for 15 years, he still gets back to the South to bend corners in his old school Chevy.

Back around when I started, I was the Webprod portion of a project for Proctor & Gamble, building a really complex dynamic newsletter. It was my first real challenge, and it was great to see it all come together.

Ivy has been an instant fit with Yesmail ever since she joined in February 2012. Ivy comes with a background in software marketing and experience on the agency side working with major CPG and service industry clients. She moved to the US to attend Northwestern University and fell in love with the Windy City, the lake, and, yes, the CTA. Prior to joining Yesmail Interactive, Marc was a founding partner of Marketing IQ and held various roles on the agency side and at Spectra Marketing a Nielsen subsidiary. His experience in marketing strategy, primary research, media and analytics helps clients better understand their customers, develop more effective marketing programs and accurately measure the results. Over the last 14 years, Marc has worked with businesses ranging from regional non-profits to large multi-national corporations across a diverse set of industries. As Vice President of Client Services and Client Experience, Adam oversees all day to day operations in the East Coast for Yesmail. Adam has a passion for his clients, client relationships and helping develop intelligent customer interactions via technology, business intelligence and services across email, mobile, web and social. Prior to joining Yesmail, Adam was an Associate Director of client services at Paradysz and also worked at Cendant. Adam also has a background in SEO, SEM, Social Media, E-commerce and Web Design and has consulted and helped launch many interactive startup companies. Adam holds a B.A from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, in both Marketing and International Business.

As the manager of Technical Support, Aaron sees to the day to day operations of the Yesmail Interactive product suite (Enterprise, Express, MyApps, etc). Aaron has been in IT Operations for 11 years and brings a heavy background in IT process implementation and improvement. His focus is to keep maturing Yesmail IT policies and processes allowing for the best technical assistance and support for Yesmail Interactive and its customers.
Prior to coming on board with Yesmail Interactive, Aaron was a part of Hollywood Entertainment’s IT department where he managed four teams that included the responsibilities of operations support, application administration and support, and Release, Change, and Incident Management. During his tenure there he also wore the managing hats of Systems Administration, UNIX Administration, Database Administration, Service Desk, Computer Operations, Computer and Data Center Operations, and Software Development when called upon.

Before joining Yesmail, Adam worked for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he spent his tenure focusing on business process design, organizational planning and technology services for their CRM practice. Starting as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and then Account Director building a cohesive team in the Omaha office. She is currently taking on a new challenge as Senior User Client Manager and works closely with the core account teams that manages the day-to-day client relationships. One of the main deciding factors in choosing to come over to Yesmail was the new Market Intelligence tool. I was given a demo while it was still in development and I immediately saw the value in the platform. The intuitive user interface easily allows a non-technical user to understand the what, where, when and how that surrounds competitive campaigns. Linda is a tactical demand generation expert with over 10 years of experience implementing strategic lead generation marketing programs. Linda is instrumental in managing the go-to-market programs and extending Yesmail’s reach in the marketplace. Most recently, Linda was the Senior Marketing Manager at Experian where she was responsible for generating demand for Experian’s Customer Intelligence Platform via strategic multi-channel marketing programs. Prior to Experian, Linda was the Director of Brand and Field Marketing at Alterian. There, she increased lead generation by 88% by strategically managing go-to-market activities for their lines of business. Linda also grew the leads generated by their monthly webinar series program by 432% globally. With the implementation of an asset deployment strategy, content, such as whitepapers, ebooks, presentations, etc., was repurposed and made more widely accessible via multiple online channels. This was a vital element to the success of Alterian’s inbound marketing strategies, which improved their online footprint and garnered such accomplishments as an 86% increase in blog traffic, 200+% increase in YouTube viewership, 65,000 Slideshare views - which collected 330+ leads. Born and raised on the north side of Chicago, Linda needs to be regularly talked off the ledge as she is incessantly tormented by the latest dismal Cubs season.
