for their Marketing Automation software solutions. Additionally, Michael was
instrumental in developing what was known as DoubleClick's Ensemble suite for
the banking and insurance industries, and is currently part of the Teradata
Relationship Management suite of tools. Rounding out his experience, Michael
held various sales and consultancy positions at Unisys Corporation, a leading
global technology and services company.
Michael has been a pioneer in relationship marketing over the past

Born and raised in Portland, Chris majored in design at Portland State

Kevin’s approach is to become deeply involved in clients
needs and expectations. Kevin comes from a detail oriented background with 5

Robert has over 15 years

Dana Hayman joined Infogroup in July of 2011 to spearhead the
growth and development of our Strategy &
Insights practice from his office in Dallas, Texas.
With over ten years consulting experience helping Fortune 500
marketing organizations leverage their data and analysis to make strategic
marketing decisions, Dana specializes in helping clients identify and
prioritize marketing opportunities, set marketing objectives and strategies,
allocate investments, and create ROI-focused database marketing plans.
His innovative ideas and approaches in CRM and database marketing have been
featured internationally in various publications including Strategy &
Leadership, Ad Age and Northwestern University’s Journal of

Prior to joining Infogroup, Dana was SVP of Strategy &

For someone who loves to swing for the fence, starting a major project is always exhilarating. Getting to start one within days of being hired is a big hit or miss opportunity but it turned out to be a tremendous learning experience that I would have been hard pressed to find elsewhere. I love that Yesmail is a place where you can reach outside your depth and really see what you can accomplish.
Placing a definition around art is always a subject of debate, but Gregg likes to think that we can all agree that whatever we see art in (be it a painting, in design, or even an athletic activity) there is always something special that distiguishes it. That “something special” has no formula, but trying to find it in design and in fencing has been the direction the last several years of Gregg's life has followed. He has no problem imagining that his interests will continue on in that direction for many more years.

One of my favorite Yesmail Experiences was in Istanbul kicking off the Coca-Cola global CRM program. We got to meet global marketers from Coke in every region of the world, and our team really came to together to deliver.
Matt has been with Yesmail since January 2005 as a result of Yesmail's acquisition of @Once. Matt served as Senior Director of Business Development for @Once for 6 years, and prior to that, was Director of Business Development for Agency.com. Matt began his career working in sales and account management for MCI Communications after graduating from Oregon State University and spending a year working in Osaka, Japan, for Osaka Computer Corporation.
My favorite Yesmail experience thus far has to be the time I was able to travel to London and work out of their offices. The flexibility given to our team members is truly unmatched and the global experience I’ve gained through my time here is something that is truly valuable.
Carol is currently an Account Manager from the NYC office working on a number of clients from various backgrounds, ranging from cosmetics to the restaurant industry. As Senior Marketing Strategist, Marie provides strategic
consultation and insight for Yes Lifecycle Marketing clients, and has created
marketing strategies for various companies including Coca-Cola, HP and U.S.
Bank. With over fifteen years of experience in the digital marketing space, she
is passionate about developing strategies that deliver a complete brand
experience while supporting long-term consumer engagement. Marie has also
spearheaded the development of mobile reporting and analysis for the
organization by designing new ways to track and measure mobile
engagement. In addition, she has co-authored the Yesmail Email Marketing
Compass, a quarterly benchmark report resulting from the analysis of over 5
billion emails sent across 20 industries.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Infogroup Parent of Yesmail
Mr. Michael L. Iaccarino is Chairman and CEO of Infogroup, a leading provider of high-value data and multi-channel marketing solutions delivered in real-time and used by small businesses and enterprise brands. Mr. Iaccarino has served as a Director of Infogroup since 2010. In 2011, he assumed the role of Chairman and CEO.
Mr. Iaccarino served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was Chief Executive Officer of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into one of the United States’ leading database marketing companies. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership.
Mr. Iaccarino also served as Epsilon’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2001, playing a crucial role in the spin-out of Epsilon from American Express and where he led a nearly 400% increase in revenues during his tenure. After a brief career in hospitality management, I joined the company at
the tail end of the dot-com boom in 2000, serving as a reply-handler (aka
Customer Advocate), then as Technical Support, and from 2008 as a Product Manager,
always seeking to represent the voice of the customer in each capacity.

Director Agency and Business Development – Yes Agency Services. Kristin Kleweno is part of the Yes Agency Services Leadership team. Her passion is helping build an innovative and unique service agency that provides strategic marketing and business consulting. Prior to the business development role, Kristin served as Director of Strategic Services and as a Sr. Interactive Strategist providing strategic services, best practices consulting, and campaign planning and analysis to key clients and across all industries. She has as strong background in CRM and interactive strategic marketing & communications plans –driving engagement and conversion rates of online and offline prospects and customers. As managing director, Ed is responsible for the Yesmail Interactive division of Yes Lifecycle Marketing. His global team delivers on Yesmail’s promise to our customers daily by providing strategic insight, in-depth product knowledge and operational support. Patricia is currently an Account Manager, Client Services in the New York City office. The Account Management team in New York deals with various different full service and self service clients that require day to day guidance on the Yesmail Platform and new business development. Gurjit Sandhu has been in digital and direct marketing for over 6 years, delivering marketing and event management solutions in both fast-paced corporate and entrepreneurial environments. My favorite experience was the Yesmail DR event during the great Omaha flood of 2012. While it was a horrible situation for Yesmail and many of us employees, since we practically slept at work on several occasions, the team building and learning experience of this exercise was next to none. The exercise also built relationships and help provide an appreciation for our peers and their responsibilities. While I wouldn't want to do it again, I am glad to have had the experience participating in something extremely challenging, something that was said couldn't be done, and something that stretched everyone's capabilities beyond we all thought was possible.

Dave has over 8 years’ experience in the Email Marketing space in two
parts. Three years with @Once (Yesmail’s
original form) from 2000-2003 and five years since returning to Yesmail in
2008. In between was a stint as a Loan Officer with Flagstar Bank. Prior to @Once Dave worked in the Inside
Sales Group for a Custom Label manufacturer.

Most of Cathy’s work history has been as an
Executive Secretary and/or Receptionist. However, she’s always had a “knack”
for mathematics and Excel. When she first started working at Yesmail, Cathy produced
metrics and reports for a number of clients. After some time, her duties
gradually evolved to include a larger role in resource training and onboarding.
