Michael Fisher


As President, Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Michael brings together three practices – Yes Data and Technology Services, Yes Agency Services, and Yesmail Interactive – to provide marketers with an integrated, full-service approach for delivering relevant marketing messages from a single vendor. This holistic approach aligns multichannel marketing platforms and data, with analytics and agency services, giving marketers a single services and technology provider delivering a unified, complete services model. Additionally, Michael serves as President of Yes Lifecycle Marketing’s email services and technology practice, Yesmail Interactive. Through Michael’s leadership, Yesmail’s technology and innovation teams bring to market advanced analytic options, market and social intelligence solutions, and sophisticated trigger tools, to advance the results of clients’ marketing communication strategies. This relentless pursuit of client satisfaction and result-driven improvements at Yesmail are now being recognized by our customers and the marketplace with the recent win of The Relevancy Group’s The Relevancy Ring – ESP Buyers’ Guide 2014, Gold Customer Satisfaction Award, as well as being named a leader, in the enterprise sector. Prior to Yesmail Interactive, Michael was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for The America at Alterian. There he brought together industry visionaries to define and create a new service model focused on opening a two-way dialogue with customers through multichannel engagement. The result of these efforts, the advent of the Customer Engagement Agency, aimed to provide marketers with a 360 degree view into consumer behavior by integrating data, and the necessary skills such as analytics, strategy, creative and technology thus allowing marketers to create individualized dialogs that break down the silo barriers that exist in today’s traditional service delivery organizations. Before joining Alterian, Michael served as Vice President and General Manager of the financial services group at Epsilon, a leading relationship marketing company. Prior to his tenure at Epsilon, Michael was Senior Vice President of Sales at DoubleClick (formerly Protagona Worldwide) for their Marketing Automation software solutions. Additionally, Michael was instrumental in developing what was known as DoubleClick's Ensemble suite for the banking and insurance industries, and is currently part of the Teradata Relationship Management suite of tools. Rounding out his experience, Michael held various sales and consultancy positions at Unisys Corporation, a leading global technology and services company. Michael has been a pioneer in relationship marketing over the past 20 years, building a strong reputation of leadership, sales growth and customer satisfaction. Michael holds a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and BS in Communication from Illinois State University.

Michael Iaccarino

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Infogroup Parent of Yesmail

Mr. Michael L. Iaccarino is Chairman and CEO of Infogroup, a leading provider of high-value data and multi-channel marketing solutions delivered in real-time and used by small businesses and enterprise brands. Mr. Iaccarino has served as a Director of Infogroup since 2010. In 2011, he assumed the role of Chairman and CEO. Mr. Iaccarino served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was Chief Executive Officer of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into one of the United States’ leading database marketing companies. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership. Mr. Iaccarino also served as Epsilon’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2001, playing a crucial role in the spin-out of Epsilon from American Express and where he led a nearly 400% increase in revenues during his tenure. Before Epsilon, Mr. Iaccarino was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Corporate Controller at Summit Technology after having started his career at KPMG’s High Technology practice. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions activity and in turnaround situations. Mr. Iaccarino holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude and is a former Certified Public Accountant.

Dan Hall

Chief Technology Officer

Dan Hall leads Yesmail’s Product and Technology organization and is responsible for Product, Deliverability, and Client Services Engineering. His team works with our clients to maximize the effectiveness of their marketing programs by helping them deploy effective solutions to create lasting relationships with their customers, and achieve higher marketing ROI. Dan previously served as Sr. Director Analytics at Time Warner Cable where he improved the measurement and effectiveness of marketing programs. Prior to that, he was with Alterian, most recently as VP Global Business Solutions leading the design and implementation of Marketing Database Solutions.

Dean Brown

Vice President, Channel Partners, Infogroup

Dean Brown works closely supporting all Infogroup Business Units, especially Yes Lifecycle Marketing, by developing and managing strategic Channel Partner relations. Dean brings over 30 years of sales, marketing, and strategic alliances expertise. Prior to Infogroup, Dean was Senior Director of Strategic Alliances for North America at Adobe where he was responsible for Adobe Campaign Solution (formerly Neolane) partnerships and led the strategic direction of the marketing service provider channel. Previous to Adobe, Dean was Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Neolane, which was acquired by Adobe in 2013. During that time, Dean led the Americas partner business and developed strategic partnerships with leading MSPs, agencies and systems integrators. Before Neolane, Dean was Senior Director Channel Sales at Oracle, responsible for partner channels and the indirect sale of the RightNow solution (acquired by Oracle) in North America. While at RightNow, Dean was Vice President of Channels and responsible for the global service provider partner channel. Over his career, Dean has also held executive sales and marketing positions at VMX, IBM, and ROLM.

John Hollands

Senior Vice President, Sales

As SVP of Sales, John Hollands leads global sales for Yesmail, the email service provider within Yes Lifecycle Marketing. His goal is to help sophisticated marketers understand how a holistic approach to data, technology, and services can help them advance their cross-channel marketing programs. John has been with the company since 2005, as a result of Yesmail's acquisition of @Once, an ESP who launched the email programs of such companies as Nike, Nintendo, and Warner Bros. John served as @Once Director of Business Development for 5 years.

Kelly Kennedy

Senior Vice President, Global Sales

Kelly supports our large enterprise clients with a wealth of industry experience across both B2C and B2B solutions. She is the former SVP of Merkle, where she spent eight years deploying a vertical strategy that drove sales for the company from $50 million to $250 million. She was also instrumental in the implementation of their client management strategy to deliver multi-faceted solutions to clients. After Merkle, Kelly joined Jigsaw’s salesforce to launch their field sales organization, focusing on B2B companies with over 5,000 employees.

Ed Kuderna

Managing Director, Yesmail

As managing director, Ed is responsible for the Yesmail Interactive division of Yes Lifecycle Marketing. His global team delivers on Yesmail’s promise to our customers daily by providing strategic insight, in-depth product knowledge and operational support. Prior to joining Yesmail, Ed was with Aprimo as Director of Multichannel Campaign Management Practice and Director of the Centers of Marketing Excellence. He also held Professional Service leadership positions at DoubleClick, Protagona and Allstate Insurance Company.

David McRae

Chief Operating Officer, Enterprise Marketing Solutions

David is Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Marketing, for both Infogroup Targeting Solutions and Yes Lifecycle Marketing. His teams are responsible for leveraging integrated marketing, data, insight resources and technology solutions to drive improved marketing ROI for enterprise clients that deliver results. David spent 15 years at Epsilon, a leading marketing services provider, as President of Purple at Epsilon. While at Epsilon, David was responsible for managing their agency, strategic consulting, and analytic businesses. During his tenure there, he was part of the leadership team that successfully grew the company from $20mm to over $500mm in annual revenue. Prior to Epsilon, David worked for seven years for Westvaco in the operations management group. He received his BBA from the University of Georgia in 1981, and his MBA from Mercer University in 1992.

Michael Penney

Managing Director, Agency Services

Managing Director, Yes Agency Services - Mike Penney is leading the development and expansion of professional services and centers of excellence across Yesmail Interactive and Infogroup Targeting Solutions (ITS). These highly specialized centers of excellence will address Infogroup clients’ increasing demand for integrated solutions that leverage the strengths of both business units. Mike’s strategic perspective will help formalize and develop centers of excellence that will position Yesmail and ITS with a level of service unmatched in today’s market. Before joining Infogroup, Mike founded DUDE Digital, where he worked with senior leaders to make improvements in their marketing and help them develop their marketing organizations. He offered a strategic perspective and particular depth in applying knowledge of requisite analytics, big data, technology, and tools to help with a broad range of opportunities. Prior to this, Mike led Epsilon's strategic consulting, advanced analytics and digital consulting capabilities and had leadership responsibilities in several professional services organizations, including McKinsey & Company and Accenture.

Keith Scheer

Senior Vice President, Product Development

Keith is responsible for driving product engineering and innovation for the Yesmail technology platform. For more than 25 years, Keith has played a key role in bringing new marketing technology products to market as a product engineer, consultant, product manager, conference speaker and platform incubation expert. He is well known for his product contributions at past companies including, SDL International and Alterian. He is often credited as one of the early pioneers of “actionable analytics” and “train-of-thought” analysis before they became buzz word phases. His product creations are used by thousands of marketers around the globe, daily.

Marc Shull

Senior Vice President, Social & Disruptive Marketing Strategies

Best known for bringing a vision to client marketing challenges, Marc brings together the best of marketing’s left-brained analytics and insights with right-brained creative to develop highly effective marketing solutions. Prior to joining Yesmail Interactive, Marc was a founding partner of Marketing IQ and held various roles on the agency side and at Spectra Marketing a Nielsen subsidiary. His experience in marketing strategy, primary research, media and analytics helps clients better understand their customers, develop more effective marketing programs and accurately measure the results. Over the last 14 years, Marc has worked with businesses ranging from regional non-profits to large multi-national corporations across a diverse set of industries. Some of his most notable clients include: General Mills, Kraft, Miller/Coors, Anheuser-Busch, Proctor & Gamble, Prudential Capital Group, Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust, MB Financial Bank, Little City Foundation, Amway Global, Physicians Interactive, Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna (PGF)/Dbam o Zdrowie, White Wave Foods, Wrigley, Safeway, Costco and Wal-Mart. Marc has a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Ohio State University and a M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. In his free time he enjoys hiking, travelling, fencing, reading and like all true marketers, people watching.

Mike Wagner

Senior Vice President, Enterprise Sales

Mike leads and works with our teams focused on identifying opportunities to drive strategic engagements with our enterprise and prospective clients, through the development and deployment of integrated, cross-functional solutions. These solutions encompass all of Yes Lifecycle Marketing’s capabilities and competencies and are designed to help our clients leverage data driven strategies across their marketing ecosystem, ensuring a high return on their marketing investments. Mike has spent his entire career in the technology and data enablement services space including experience at IBM, Affinity Solutions and Acxiom, where he helped establish, grow and lead the Consumer Industries practice from inception to over $100 million in revenues. Mike brings a wealth of cross-industry experience to Yes Lifecycle Marketing, having worked to support clients in the retail, CPG, travel & entertainment and financial services sectors. His experience in building, training and leading large, high performance enterprise client-facing teams ensures that our solution engagements are driven to deliver the key strategic business outcomes and measurable results our clients expect and desire.

Linda Vetter

Vice President, Marketing

Linda is a tactical demand generation expert with over 10 years of experience implementing strategic lead generation marketing programs. Linda is instrumental in managing the go-to-market programs and extending Yesmail’s reach in the marketplace. Most recently, Linda was the Senior Marketing Manager at Experian where she was responsible for generating demand for Experian’s Customer Intelligence Platform via strategic multi-channel marketing programs. Prior to Experian, Linda was the Director of Brand and Field Marketing at Alterian. There, she increased lead generation by 88% by strategically managing go-to-market activities for their lines of business. Linda also grew the leads generated by their monthly webinar series program by 432% globally. With the implementation of an asset deployment strategy, content, such as whitepapers, ebooks, presentations, etc., was repurposed and made more widely accessible via multiple online channels. This was a vital element to the success of Alterian’s inbound marketing strategies, which improved their online footprint and garnered such accomplishments as an 86% increase in blog traffic, 200+% increase in YouTube viewership, 65,000 Slideshare views - which collected 330+ leads. Born and raised on the north side of Chicago, Linda needs to be regularly talked off the ledge as she is incessantly tormented by the latest dismal Cubs season.
