Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Infogroup Parent of Yesmail
Mr. Michael L. Iaccarino is Chairman and CEO of Infogroup, a leading provider of targeted high-value sales and marketing data, customer and market intelligence and innovative digital engagement solutions and the parent company of Yesmail Interactive. In 2011, he assumed the role of Chairman after becoming an Executive Advisor and Operating Executive at CCMP Capital.
Mr. Iaccarino served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was Chief Executive Officer of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009,Mr Iaccarino pioneered the integration of data driven email marketing by purchasing and integrating two leading email service providers in Doubleclick and Bigfoot Interactive as part of the transformational strategy he executed while at epsilon which continues to be one of the United States’ leading database marketing companies. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership.
Mr. Iaccarino also served as Epsilon’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2001, playing a crucial role in the spin-out of Epsilon from American Express and where he led a nearly 400% increase in revenues during his tenure. Before Epsilon, Mr. Iaccarino was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Corporate Controller at Summit Technology after having started his career at KPMG’s High Technology practice. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions activity and in turnaround situations. Mr. Iaccarino holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude and is a former Certified Public Accountant.

Michael is responsible for leveraging Yesmail Interactive's digital capabilities together with Infogroup's data and interactive marketing capabilities to conceive and deploy integrated multichannel solutions to deliver outsized results for Yesmail Interactive clients. Michael has been a pioneer in relationship marketing over the past 20 years, building a strong reputation of leadership, sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Prior to Yesmail Interactive, Michael was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for The America at Alterian. There he brought together industry visionaries to define and create a new service model focused on opening a two-way dialogue with customers through multichannel engagement. The result of these efforts, the advent of the Customer Engagement Agency, aimed to provide marketers with a 360 degree view into consumer behavior by integrating data, and the necessary skills such as analytics, strategy, creative and technology thus allowing marketers to create individualized dialogs that break down the silo barriers that exist in today’s traditional service delivery organizations.
Before joining Alterian, Michael served as Vice President and General Manager of the financial services group at Epsilon, a leading relationship marketing company. Prior to his tenure at Epsilon, Michael was Senior Vice President of Sales at DoubleClick (formerly Protagona Worldwide) for their Marketing Automation software solutions. Additionally, Michael was instrumental in developing what was known as DoubleClick's Ensemble suite for the banking and insurance industries, and is currently part of the Teradata Relationship Management suite of tools. Rounding out his experience, Michael held various sales and consultancy positions at Unisys Corporation, a leading global technology and services company.
Michael holds a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and BS in Communication from Illinois State University.

Chief Technology Officer, Enterprise Solutions
As the Chief Technology
Officer for Enterprise Solutions, Purandar Das is responsible for the
development and implementation of Infogroup’s marketing technology, solution
innovation strategy and its roadmap for technology architecture. In this
capacity he collaborates with Infogroup’s product teams to design and develop
technologies that enhance the company’s high-value data and data as a service
offerings.
Mr. Das brings with him a deep expertise in
crafting innovative technology solutions aligned with the business goals of
enterprise level clients. He has extensive experience creating solutions for
Big Data— making them actionable in multichannel marketing environments. He
brings this talent to Infogroup, driving the innovative technological
development and infrastructure of the company.
Prior to Infogroup, Mr. Das was Chief Technology
Officer at MobileMessenger, where he was responsible for architecting
technology solutions to align with the company’s business goals. Previous to
MobileMessenger, he was Chief Technology Officer of Epsilon Digital Solutions
after his work as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Database Services at
Epsilon.
Purandar has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M
University and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore
University in India.

John has been with Yesmail since January 2005 as a result of Yesmail's acquisition of @Once. Prior to Yesmail, John served as @Once Director of Business Development for 5 years. Before joining @Once, John led sales and marketing efforts for BCT, a trade printing company in Portland, OR. John attended Oregon State University.

is responsible for Client Services. His global team delivers on Yesmail’s
promise to our customers daily by providing strategic insight, in-depth product
knowledge and operational support. The team knows interactive
marketing. They not only know it - they love it. They are

wildly successful.
Ed
calls on his 25 years of marketing, leadership and management experience to
grow people, process, technology and customers. Prior to joining Yesmail,
Ed was with Aprimo as Director of Multichannel Campaign Management Practice and
Director of the Centers of Marketing Excellence. He also held
Professional Service leadership positions at DoubleClick, Protagona and
Allstate Insurance Company.

Julie Anne Reda, is a seasoned product management executive and is responsible to drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap and launch of Yesmail products. Julie Anne, along with her team manages product development and ensures products exceed market demands for innovative solutions that fit the changing landscape of digital marketing. Julie Anne has enabled large organizations such as Walt Disney Company, Fox Broadcasting, Sony Pictures, Ticketmaster and CitySearch.com to evolve their products to tailor toward the marketplace.

We are super-excited to be rolling out the new Yesmail Interactive brand! Our new look illustrates the evolution of Yesmail as a company, as we bring personal, positive, provocative and intelligent solutions to the market place.
Linda is a tactical demand generation expert with over 10 years of experience implementing strategic lead generation marketing programs. Linda is instrumental in managing the go-to-market programs and extending Yesmail’s reach in the marketplace. Most recently, Linda was the Senior Marketing Manager at Experian where she was responsible for generating demand for Experian’s Customer Intelligence Platform via strategic multi-channel marketing programs. Prior to Experian, Linda was the Director of Brand and Field Marketing at Alterian. There, she increased lead generation by 88% by strategically managing go-to-market activities for their lines of business. Linda also grew the leads generated by their monthly webinar series program by 432% globally. With the implementation of an asset deployment strategy, content, such as whitepapers, ebooks, presentations, etc., was repurposed and made more widely accessible via multiple online channels. This was a vital element to the success of Alterian’s inbound marketing strategies, which improved their online footprint and garnered such accomplishments as an 86% increase in blog traffic, 200+% increase in YouTube viewership, 65,000 Slideshare views - which collected 330+ leads. Born and raised on the north side of Chicago, Linda needs to be regularly talked off the ledge as she is incessantly tormented by the latest dismal Cubs season.

Prior to Yesmail, Sue led the Professional Services team for Alterian. Sue’s client focus and dedication to Marketing Solutions enabled strategic implementations of Alterian software for many of the top Marketing Services Providers.
Before joining Alterian, Sue was the Vice President of Marketing Services for TransUnion Credit. She ran a very successful operation that provided data for the country’s top credit grantors. Quality and efficiency have been the pillars on which Sue has built her career.

An email design pioneer since 1999, he is the founder of Yesmail’s award-winning Creative Services group (clients include HP, Coca-Cola, At&T, eBay, Kodak, Microsoft, Intel, Warner Bros & many more). Matthew received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Indiana University and studied Art/Graphic Design at The Pacific Northwest College of Art and the Oregon College of Art & Craft. Matthew was formerly the Creative Director for ThrustMaster, Labtech, Logitech and @Once.

Lynn Dusek leads Yesmail’s Customer Strategy group of highly experienced marketing consultants. The Customer Strategy Team’s focus is to create marketing strategies and solutions that drive deeper brand engagement and rich customer experiences by connecting data insights, creative and consumer interactions. During her tenure at Yesmail Interactive, she has created industry recognized marketing programs, provided thought leadership on topics such as CRM and Data Analytics and been a key driver in the evolution of the Yesmail Professional Services Team. She has over 15 years of marketing experience in working with top global brands such as IBM, Intel, Coca-Cola, and Microsoft.

Best known for bringing a vision to client marketing challenges, Marc brings together the best of marketing’s left-brained analytics and insights with right-brained creative to develop highly effective marketing solutions. Prior to joining Yesmail Interactive, Marc was a founding partner of Marketing IQ and held various roles on the agency side and at Spectra Marketing a Nielsen subsidiary. His experience in marketing strategy, primary research, media and analytics helps clients better understand their customers, develop more effective marketing programs and accurately measure the results. Over the last 14 years, Marc has worked with businesses ranging from regional non-profits to large multi-national corporations across a diverse set of industries. Some of his most notable clients include: General Mills, Kraft, Miller/Coors, Anheuser-Busch, Proctor & Gamble, Prudential Capital Group, Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust, MB Financial Bank, Little City Foundation, Amway Global, Physicians Interactive, Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna (PGF)/Dbam o Zdrowie, White Wave Foods, Wrigley, Safeway, Costco and Wal-Mart.

Adam has been with Yesmail since 2004, overseeing the health of Yesmail's technical programs. Staffing each regional office globally with engineering resources enables our Services teams to build solid relationships and deliver high value to our client base. He brings a broad service-based perspective rooted in understanding how technology solutions enable intelligent business strategy. Before joining Yesmail, Adam worked for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he spent his tenure focusing on business process design, organizational planning and technology services for their CRM practice. He holds a degree in Mathematics with a specialization in computing from University of California, Los Angeles.

Jason Warnock is a seasoned veteran of digital marketing. After creating successful email applications for Canadian bank CIBC (2004), Jason initiated and managed Deliverability Operations for Digital Connexxions (2006) implementing several key strategies for major publishing clients. After a successful acquisition of Digital Connexxions in 2006 by infoUSA, Jason proceeded to become Director of Deliverability for Yesmail (2007) followed by VP of Deliverability Services for Infogroup (2011). Jason has transformed Infogroup Deliverability into an industry leading solution through enhanced offerings of technology and client services. Jason has designed successful technical and business strategies for several large Fortune 500 companies including: HP, Coke, Kodak, Facebook, eBay, Ancestry.com, and United Airlines. Jason is a recognized industry leader in competitive marketing intelligence through his work in co-founding Market Intelligence (formally TheMarketingNetwork.com). Market Intelligence is a revolutionary new platform that enables Marketers with the instant ability to track all digital deployments of their competitors across Email, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and SMS in near real-time. The exciting new platform has received praise from Fortune 500 companies, Government officials, and leading Research Groups.

Chief Data Officer, Infogroup
Matt Graves is Infogroup’s Chief
Data Officer. He oversees all data assets of the company including data
operations, data platform, and the expanding capabilities around the Infogroup
Data Axle ™, which connects information hubs across proprietary and third party
data sources.
Mr. Graves has been with Infogroup
for over 5 years in senior roles within Infogroup Data, Corporate Strategy,
Sales and Sales Operations. He was instrumental in streamlining and
establishing the quality and accuracy of Infogroup’s data verification process.
Before joining Infogroup, he worked
at PayPal in various leadership positions where he was responsible for ensuring
prioritization and delivery of ROI for all global operations projects. He led
the global expansion organization focused on setting up operations centers in
emerging markets. He also managed international product support teams with
operations in Shanghai, Philippines, Dublin, and Vancouver.
Prior to PayPal, he worked as a
management consultant and program manager for Ebay Inc., Comcast and Fujitsu to
implement global projects and operation centers worldwide.
Mr. Graves holds a bachelors degree
in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from Regis
University.

Devang
Kothari is the Chief Technology Officer for the Data Axle™. He oversees all technical aspects of the Data Axle™ platform
from the development of its features to server operations and performance.
The Data AxleTM
connects information hubs in a real-time architecture where each hub,
regardless of proprietary or third party data source, can be leveraged into
applications. By
utilizing the Data AxleTM, clients of Infogroup can manage their
assets more effectively, tying together the right variety of data elements at
the right time.
Prior
to joining Infogroup, Mr. Kothari was one of the original founders of GoTime
Corporation where he served as the Chief Technology Officer. In this capacity,
he was the lead architect and developer of the GoTime Content Platform where he
built a number of systems including: a distributed crawling system, versioning
system, CMS, call center, data pipeline and data processing. In addition to
this, he drove cloud migration, Chef migration, and storage and server
management for all GoTime websites. Since Infogroup’s acquisition of GoTime in
2012, he has played a major role in driving the integration of this leading
edge technology into the Data Axle™ and across the business.
Prior to
co-founding GoTime, he worked as an associate and consultant for J.P. Morgan in
Identity and Access Management and for Ernst & Young for their Security and
Technology Solutions.
Mr. Kothari
received a B.S. in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
