Yesmail Appoints Grant Roholt to Chief Technology Officer

Portland, OR, April 10, 2006 — Yesmail, a leading e-mail service provider, today publicly announced the appointment of Grant Roholt to Senior Vice President of Technology and CTO. Roholt is responsible for setting company-wide technology initiatives and developing products and processes to support our employee, vendor, and client initiatives. Roholt brings to Yesmail over 19 years of experience in information technology management and software development, most recently as Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Business Development and Technology for Swan Island Networks Inc. Prior to founding Swan Island Network, Mr. Roholt served in Vice President and Director of Technology Roles for several high-tech companies, including Qsent Corporation, Gemstone Systems and Supertracks. In addition, Mr. Roholt is the Senior Technology Advisor to RAINS, and Chief Architect of RAINS-net. RAINS is a non-profit, private/public partnership formed to accelerate development and deployment of innovative technology for homeland security. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to deliver world-class information technology solutions that drive business process efficiency and superior operating results.
