Yesmail First Reseller of TRUSTe's Privacy Seal

TRUSTe's New Online Web Seal Application Process Allows Yesmail to Offer Customers Direct Access to Certification

San Francisco, CA, December 19, 2005 — TRUSTe, the leading independent trust authority, and Yesmail, an e-mail marketing solutions provider, announced today that Yesmail will become the first company to resell TRUSTe web privacy seals. This program makes it easier for Yesmail customers to have their web privacy practices reviewed and certified by eliminating duplication of effort and the number of relationships the Website must manage.

Starting immediately, customers will be able to begin applying for certification through Yesmail.
