Yesmail Enterprise Promotion Terms and Conditions
The "Pick 1 of 3" promotion for new Enterprise Clients begins June 1st, 2008 and ends at midnight Eastern Standard Time on September 30th, 2008. The Enterprise "Pick 1 of 3" promotion is for new client sign ups with a minimum contract term of one (1) year and a minimum contract amount of $100,000 US Dollars. Fully signed and authorized contracts must be received by midnight Eastern Standard Time on September 30th, 2008. The promotion is not valid for new clients who choose to sign up for a test period, or for a contract length of less than one (1) year.
Program Deliverable: Yesmail will execute the "Pick 1 of 3" promotion within 90 days of the contract Effective Date during a mutually agreed to time period. The "Pick 1 of 3" promotion includes the client's choice of one of three services: ECOA, email append or data enhancement for an input file up to 250,000 existing customer records. This promotion has a $10,000 value.
