Yesmail Enterprise Data Boost Promotion Terms and Conditions

  • Eligibility: The Data Boost promotion for new Enterprise Clients begins March 1st, 2008 and ends at midnight Eastern Standard Time on May 30th, 2008. The Enterprise Data Boost promotion is for new client sign ups with a minimum contract term of one (1) year and a minimum contract amount of $100,000 US Dollars. Fully signed and authorized contracts must be received by midnight Eastern Standard Time on May 30th, 2008. The promotion is not valid for new clients who choose to sign up for a test period, or for a contract length of less than one (1) year.
  • Program Deliverable: Yesmail will execute the Data Boost promotion within 90 days of the contract Effective Date during a mutually agreed to time period. The Data Boost promotion includes the client´s choice of 13 new attributes to append to a subscriber base of up to 5 (FIVE) million names. This promotion has a $10,000 value.
