Mike Hilts, President and General Manager

Michael Hilts has been in the email service provider space since its early days of the late 1990s.  Mr. Hilts has served as President and General Manager of Yesmail since January of 2005 following the acquisition of @Once Corp. a Portland, OR based email service provider, where he served in the same capacity.  During his tenure at @Once, Mr. Hilts served in various executive capacities including Vice President, Client Services and Vice President, Finance and CFO.  From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Hilts provided contract CFO, and operational and financial advisory services to troubled companies in the technology, aviation, food services, agricultural and technology industries.  From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Hilts was employed by Evergreen International Aviation, Inc., a multinational provider of aviation services, where he served in various operational and financial positions and last served as Corporate Controller for the $1.0 billion privately held firm.  He holds a B.A. in finance and accounting from Washington State University and an M.B.A. from Portland State University.

Tim Price, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Tim Price has been with Yesmail since January 2005 as a result of Yesmail's acquisition of @Once. Prior to Yesmail, Mr. Price was with @Once and was one of the company founders. Prior to @Once, Mr. Price served as Senior Account Executive for Nextlink Interactive, a provider of telecommunications technology system. Mr. Price attended the University of Oregon.

John Harrison, Senior Vice President of Product Strategy and Client Services

John Harrison has been with Yesmail since January 2005 as a result of Yesmail's acquisition of @Once. Prior to Yesmail, Mr. Harrison served as an @Once Executive for 4 years. From, 1999 to 2001, Mr. Harrison served as the Director of Product Management for GeoTrust, Inc., an Internet services company focused on trust management services. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Harrison served as a Senior Program Manager for the Symantec Corporation, working on a variety of software solutions including Norton Antivirus and Norton Utilities. Mr. Harrison attended the University of Oregon.

Paul Westhorpe, Senior Vice President of Business Development

Paul Westhorpe has a strong history in serving the publishing industry with over 15 years experience in e-marketing. Mr. Westhorpe joined Yesmail following their recent acquisition of Digital Connexxions Corporation where he served as founder and CEO. He has managed and consulted the publishing vertical for FloNetwork (a leading direct marketing and email software/services ASP that was later acquired by DoubleClick). Under his leadership, the company established itself as the premier supplier of e-marketing solutions services to the publishing industry. Prior to founding Digital Connexxions, Mr. Westhorpe founded Cityscapes.net, an online advertising company. In addition, Mr. Westhorpe co-founded Atlantic Connect Inc. Within one year, the company grew to become the largest Internet Service Provider in Atlantic Canada. Mr. Westhorpe is also a recognized speaker in the area of e-marketing focusing on subscriber acquisition and retention and data management. Previous speaking engagements include DMD New York, American Marketing Association, BPA and Internet World.

Grant Roholt, Chief Technology Officer

Grant Roholt is responsible for setting and leading company-wide technology initiatives and developing products and processes to support our employee, vendor, and client initiatives. Mr. Roholt has over 19 years of experience in information technology management and software development. Immediately prior to joining Yesmail, he served as Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Business Development and Technology for Swan Island Networks, Inc. Prior to founding Swan Island Networks Inc., Mr. Roholt served in Vice President and Director of Technology roles for several high-tech companies, including Qsent Corporation, Supertracks and Gemstone Systems. He has been with Yesmail since April 2006.

John Ching, Vice President of Engineering

John Ching is a high-tech industry veteran with more than 19 years of software engineering and technology management experience. He is a technical expert on artificial intelligence, data mining, analytical modeling and messaging systems. Mr. Ching joined Yesmail following Yesmail's acquisition of Digital Connexxions Corp., where he was the CTO and was responsible for defining the strategic directions of the Email Service Provider's overall technology, products and ASP services. Previously he was the CTO of ResponseLogic where he led the R&D efforts in creating a patented intelligent content personalization software product. Mr. Ching also served as CTO at Infotriever Inc. (a Brightspark company), and was instrumental in architecting the company's patent-pending eCRM technology for web-enabling and integrating personal organizers and palm devices. Prior to Infotriever, Mr. Ching served as the Director of Engineering at E-Certify Corporation responsible for developing an Enterprise PKI and Internet security product suite. Mr. Ching also held senior technical and management positions at Accenture, Peregrine Systems (now HP), and at Casebank Technologies where he co-authored an US patent on Case-based Reasoning.
