Web Production Designer — New York, NY

The Web Production position works with Account Managers and the Quality Assurance Team to bring client jobs through their lifecycle of building client assets, revisions and launch. Speed, efficiency, and accuracy in hand-coding HTML are required. A good understanding of server-side javascript is essential. The ability to manipulate the contents of Photoshop files per client requests during the review process and to use Image Ready to translate this to web content in a production environment for tight-deadline projects is a must.

Experience

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly motivated and able to handle multiple projects at once. He/she must be able to think creatively and take initiative to achieve individual and team deliverables on time. This candidate should be passionate about the Internet, and be a strong team player. A strong understanding of Javascript, Photoshop and the ability to hand-code HTML (no WYSIWYG only users) is required. An understanding of CSS is helpful. Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary.
