Associate Email Manager — Chicago, IL

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily production, scheduling, delivery and reporting of targeted email communications on behalf of Yesmail’s Clients.
• Primary liaison between the Client and Yesmail’s production staff to produce and edit html and text marketing messages.
• Manage and communicate with Clients on campaign scheduling, mailing issues, policies and procedures and message plan expectations.
• Work with Account Managers to produce reports and analyze program results.
• Help Account Managers develop recommendations related to a client’s program and assist in managing enhancement projects.
• Train Clients on the use of Yesmail's best-in-class email marketing program management, reporting and analysis web-based application.

Education

Ideally has a BA/BS with a 3.0 or better GPA (applied to recent graduates)
