Account Manager — Omaha, NE

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a senior staff member, you will be responsible for launching new client programs and providing excellent customer service to Yesmail’s client base. You will be responsible for the delivery of email-marketing programs that meet business needs and oversee timely and cost-effective implementation of those programs. You will become a knowledgeable expert on Yesmail’s products and services.

You will project manage enhancements to the client programs, including data integrations, new programs, and new technologies. Your work will be informed by robust qualitative and quantitative analysis and communicated through conference calls and email.. You will drive regular account reviews and continually evaluate the effectiveness and profitability of your clients’ marketing programs.

Finally, you will recommend and implement additional infoUSA database marketing solutions (online & offline) in order to support strategic client goals.

Experience

• 3+ years experience in direct marketing, database marketing, interactive marketing, customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven project management skills
• Technically literate and comfortable working with Internet technologies and database structures, and desire to build technical knowledge
• Ability to quickly grasp the issues and develop solution-oriented recommendations
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Desire to work directly with clients and build long-term relationships
• Great team player, know when to lead and when to follow

Education

BA/BS required
