Mike Hilts, President, Infogroup Interactive
As President of Infogroup Interactive, Mike is charged with blending the individual strengths of Yesmail and Walter Karl Interactive together to create a full suite of interactive solutions and services for their clients. Mike served as President and General Manager of Yesmail from 2005 to 2010. Under his leadership, Yesmail was transformed into an emarketing solutions powerhouse, consistently earning a "leader" designation in the annual Forrester Wave report for Email Marketing Service Providers. Prior to Yesmail's acquisition of @Once Corp. in 2005, Mike served in various executive roles at @Once, including Vice President, Client Services, and Vice President, Finance and CFO. He previously provided contract CFO, and operational and financial advisory services to companies in various industries, and served in various positions at Evergreen International Aviation, Inc. Mike holds a BA in Finance and Accounting from Washington State University and an MBA from Portland State University.
Tim Price, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Infogroup Interactive
Tim is responsible for building, growing and managing Infogroup Interactive's sales and marketing initiatives. A pioneer in the email marketing space, Tim played a major role in the evolution of @Once into Yesmail and now Infogroup Interactive. In his time at @Once Corp. and Yesmail, Tim has watched email evolve from a novel form of communication into an everyday ingredient in a marketer's toolkit. Before Yesmail's acquisition of @Once in 2005, Tim served as SVP of Sales and Marketing for @Once and was one of the company founders. He previously served as Senior Account Executive for Nextlink Interactive, a provider of telecommunications technology systems.
Grant Roholt, Senior Vice President Technology and Chief Technology Officer, Infogroup Interactive
Grant sets and leads Infogroup Interactive's technology initiatives, as well as all product development, research and operations. Under Grant's guidance, Yesmail has taken technology innovation to a new level with the advent of Enterprise 7, a cross-channel marketing command center that enables marketers to efficiently execute campaigns across a host of channels: email, web, mobile, SMS, social and direct mail. Before joining Yesmail in 2006, Grant served as Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Business Development and Technology for Swan Island Networks, Inc. In that role, he was awarded U.S. Patent #7,337,146, the basis for highly secure collaboration in social networks. Grant has previously served in leadership positions at Qsent Corporation, Supertracks and Gemstone Systems.
John Harrison, President and General Manager of Platform Solutions, Yesmail
John is responsible for the P&L of Yesmail, and oversees Yesmail's Client Services, Professional Services and Client Services Engineering divisions. Over the last five years, John has taken on the responsibility of building out Yesmail's operations in 10 offices around the world. He manages a team of more than 135 employees who serve more than 250 clients in London, New York, Toronto, Atlanta, Chicago, Omaha, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Singapore, and Portland, Ore. Prior to Yesmail's acquisition of @Once Corp. in 2005, John served in various executive roles at @Once. He also held senior positions at GeoTrust Inc. and the Symantec Corporation.
John Ching, Vice President of Applied Research
John Ching is a high-tech industry veteran with more than 19 years of software engineering and technology management experience. He is a technical expert on artificial intelligence, data mining, analytical modeling and messaging systems. Mr. Ching joined Yesmail following Yesmail's acquisition of Digital Connexxions Corp., where he was the CTO and was responsible for defining the strategic directions of the Email Service Provider's overall technology, products and ASP services. Previously he was the CTO of ResponseLogic where he led the R&D efforts in creating a patented intelligent content personalization software product. Mr. Ching also served as CTO at Infotriever Inc. (a Brightspark company), and was instrumental in architecting the company's patent-pending eCRM technology for web-enabling and integrating personal organizers and palm devices. Prior to Infotriever, Mr. Ching served as the Director of Engineering at E-Certify Corporation responsible for developing an Enterprise PKI and Internet security product suite. Mr. Ching also held senior technical and management positions at Accenture, Peregrine Systems (now HP), and at Casebank Technologies where he co-authored an US patent on Case-based Reasoning.
Jeff Krause, Vice President of Operations, Infogroup Interactive
Jeff brings more than 20 years experience managing technical organizations across a broad range of industries and companies. His background includes extensive experience building IT systems and infrastructure for growth companies to achieve operational excellence. Prior to joining Infogroup Interactive, Jeff served in senior IT leadership positions in banking, apparel and service organizations. He holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis on Information Systems.
Barry Berkowitz, Vice President, Digital Marketing Solutions, Infogroup Interactive
Barry has been gathering intelligence from audiences and driving them to action since the early days of the web. Originally an attorney in New York, Barry helped build online research firm IAG Nielsen to profitability; dramatically increased the scope of services and "A List" client roster for interactive promotions powerhouse ePrize; and helped IPG Agency Dailey in Los Angeles develop award winning mobile and socially integrated ad campaigns for top clients. Barry's experienced approach to today's mobile and social media landscape focuses on strategies and winning tactics that drive measurable results for client organizations of all types and sizes.
John Hollands, Vice President of Sales, Yesmail
John has been with Yesmail since January 2005 as a result of Yesmail's acquisition of @Once. Prior to Yesmail, John served as @Once Director of Business Development for 5 years. Before joining @Once, John led sales and marketing efforts for BCT, a trade printing company in Portland, OR. John attended Oregon State University.
Matt Hickman, Vice President of Sales, Major Accounts - West, Yesmail
Matt has been with Yesmail since January 2005 as a result of Yesmail's acquisition of @Once. Matt served as Senior Director of Business Development for @Once for 6 years, and prior to that, was Director of Business Development for Agency.com. Matt began his career working in sales and account management for MCI Communications after graduating from Oregon State University and spending a year working in Osaka, Japan, for Osaka Computer Corporation.
Sheehan Murphy, Vice President of Sales, Major Accounts - East, Yesmail
Sheehan has been with Yesmail since March 2003, responsible for developing Yesmail's client relationships in the Eastern Region with companies such as Kodak, Virgin Atlantic and Reader's Digest. Prior to Yesmail, Sheehan was an Account Executive at email service provider Xpedite Systems (now Premier Global). Prior to Xpedite, Sheehan was Sales Director at Vendio, a leading online commerce services provider, where he helped develop the display and email advertising products into a multi-million dollar annual revenue stream. Sheenan also worked at Boxlot.com (now InfoSpace), where he represented the sites display and email advertising inventory. Sheehan attended San Diego State University.
Catherine Needham, Vice President Marketing, Infogroup Interactive
Catherine has been marketing technology brands for nearly 15 years, and is passionate about creating recognizable and meaningful presence for each company she has the opportunity to market. Catherine has been with Yesmail for 3 years, helping launch and communicate the company's growth of expansive technology and services for marketing professionals. She has consulted in PR for the telecomm industry, and has had the pleasure of helping to power Portland's technology development hotbed with the Open Source movement and the promotion of the Linux brand. Before that, Catherine spent 8 years working with the international sales and marketing teams developing best-in-class marcom programs for InFocus, the market leader in display technology. Catherine holds a BS in Technical Journalism from Oregon State University and an MBA from Marylhurst University.
Tanya Hyde, Vice President Client Services, Infogroup Interactive
Tanya Hyde has more than 6 years of strategic email marketing experience and is passionate about helping clients optimize multichannel marketing program performance. She is member of the Email Experience Council, and has spoken at events such as the Email Evolution Conference and the Online Marketing Summit. Tanya has been with Yesmail since 2003. She manages the Professional Services team, a consulting organization with expertise in cross-channel marketing strategy and creative services. Professional Services partners with Yesmail clients to provide best practices guidance, insight into industry trends and to help them identify ways they can grow their marketing programs and accomplish their goals. Prior to Yesmail, Tanya spent 12 years in the financial service industry. Tanya graduated from Portland State University with a BA in Business Administration.
Tarik Hart, Vice President Client Services, Global Offices, Infogroup Interactive
Tarik's role as the Vice President of Client Services for Yesmail's global offices has him overseeing teams in the Atlanta, Chicago, London, Omaha, New York and Singapore. He first got started in online marketing in 2000, working at Netcentives, the parent company of Post Communications, which later became Yesmail. Through the years, his focus has been on helping clients to develop and grow cutting-edge email marketing programs. Tarik holds degrees in Conservation Resource Studies and Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
Adam Strong, Vice President Client Services Engineering, Yesmail
Adam has been with Yesmail since 2004, overseeing the health of Yesmail's technical programs. Staffing each regional office globally with engineering resources enables our Services teams to build solid relationships and deliver high value to our client base. He brings a broad service-based perspective rooted in understanding how technology solutions enable intelligent business strategy. Before joining Yesmail, Adam worked for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he spent his tenure focusing on business process design, organizational planning and technology services for their CRM practice. He holds a degree in Mathematics with a specialization in computing from University of California, Los Angeles.
